Throw fire throws small balls of flame at your target.

+Single target Fire Damage.
+Generates energy.
+First shot has a chance to apply Clinging Flames, dealing damage over time to the target and possibly leaping to other nearby foes. Other powers may also take advantage of Clinging Flames.

Fire Strike


Fire Strike throws a small but volatile ball of fire at your target.

Starter

Click
+Single target Fire Damage.
+Activating this power applies an instance of the Fiery Escalation buff to you, increasing the damage of your Fire Strike attacks by a small amount while it lasts. This buff has a very short duration, but stacks up to four times, and each application refreshes the stack.
+Chance to apply Clinging Flames, dealing damage over time to the target and possibly leaping to other nearby foes. Other powers may also take advantage of the Clinging Flames.

Fire Ball

FIREBALL
Tier 1
Fireball launches a sphere of flame at your target dealing high damage to the target and additional damage to any enemies near the target.

Requires 1 power from Fire or 2 non-energy-building powers from any framework.

Tap
+Deals Fire Damage to the initial target, and less damage to foes near that target.
+Chance to apply Clinging Flames, dealing Fire damage over time to the target and possibly leaping to other nearby foes. Other powers may also take advantage of the Clinging Flames.
Charge
+Increase the damage, energy cost, and chance to apply Clinging Flames of the Tap action.

Fiery Form

FIERY FORM
Tier 1
Your mastery of fire grants you the knowledge of how to most effectively use your elemental powers and how to reduce the effect of your attacker’s elemental attacks.

Requires 1 power from Fire or 2 non-energy-building powers from any framework.

Slotted Passive
+Can be slotted in an Offensive or Balanced passive power slot.
+Increase all of your Elemental (Fire, Cold, Toxic) damage. This increase scales with your Super Stats.
+Increases your resistance to all Elemental (Fire, Cold, Toxic) damage and greatly increases your resistance to Fire Damage. These resistances scale with your Super Stats.
+Generates a small amount of energy when you are struck with Fire attacks.
+Periodically deals Fire damage to enemies within 10 feet of you.
+Counts as an Energy Form.

Pyre


PYRE
Tier 2
Pyre turns the area around you into a raging inferno, dealing damage to any enemies around you.

Requires 3 powers from Fire or 4 non-energy-building powers from any framework.

Tap
+Deals Fire Damage to nearby enemies.
+Chance to apply Clinging Flames, dealing damage over time to the target and possibly leaping to other nearby foes. Other powers may also take advantage of the Clinging Flames.
Charge
+Increases the damage, energy cost, and chance to apply Clinging Flames of the Tap action.
+When fully charged, creates a Pyre Patch at your location, dealing Fire Damage to enemies nearby for the duration of the Pyre Patch.
+The Pyre Patch has a chance to apply Clinging Flames while it exists.

Conflagration


CONFLAGRATION
Tier 2
Conflagration creates a devastating rain of fire around your target, dealing Fire damage to the target and any enemies nearby.

Requires 3 powers from Fire or 4 non-energy-building powers from any framework.

Maintain
+Deals Fire Damage to the target and other nearby enemies.
+Chance to apply Clinging Flames, dealing Fire damage over time to the target and possibly leaping to other nearby foes. The change to apply increase as you maintain the power. Other powers may also take advantage of the Clinging Flames.

Fire Shield




FIRE SHIELD
Tier 1
Fire Shield forms a shield of fire to protect you from your attackers.

Requires 1 power from Fire or 2 non-energy-building powers from any framework.

Maintain
+Self damage reduction
+Chance to apply Clinging Flames to attackers in melee range, dealing damage over time to the target and possibly leaping to other nearby foes. Other powers may also take advantage of Clinging Flames condition.

Thermal Reverberation


THERMAL REVERBERATION
Tier 1
Thermal Reverberation allows you to drain heat energy from the environment around you.

Requires 1 power from Fire or 2 non-energy-building powers from any framework.

Innate Passive
+This power does not need to be slotted in order to function, and has no ranks.
+Generates energy from nearby enemies affected by Clinging Flames. This effect can only occur once every three seconds.
+The amount of Energy gained scales with your Endurance stastic, but is still affected by your Recovery statistic.
+This power only has one rank.

IMMOLATION

Immolation focuses your fire mastery into a concentrated form which increases your combat effectiveness with all attacks.
